MEKO-free, neutral-curing, low-emission silicone sealant
Application area:
for elastic sealing of expansion and connection joints in structural engineering, sanitary applications and glass and window installation
Field of Application:
elastic sealing of glass and metal/aluminium constructions
Suitable for walls and floors, both indoors and outdoors
Advantages:
- MEKO-free
- With EC 1PLUS classification = very low emissions
- Reduced oxime odour
- Neutral-curing, acid- and alkali-free and therefore suitable for alkaline and metallic substrates (minimal metal corrosion)
- Resistant to weathering and UV, colourfast
- Contains fungicidal and bactericidal active substances for long-term protection against mould and algae
- Adheres without primer to many substrates such as ceramic tiles, enamel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, tinplate, glass and painted/glazed wood
Advice:
not suitable for some applications, including swimming pools, underwater seals and sealing aquariums
